If we have violated a natural law, we have created a Cause, for which
we will suffer an Effect.
Our ignorance of the laws of Nature does not change these laws.

culture often tries to cheat nature or to out-smart her, believing that
modern science can fix all with a magic pill or treatment regime. This
is both ludicrous and counter productive when all we really need to do
is observe nature, and learn to follow the natural laws that govern
us.
We were meant to be slim, fit, strong, healthy,
long-lived and full of energy and vitality. Obesity and any form of
dis-ease, goes against nature and our natural state of being. It has
